National Coordinator of Faith Engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of AFPI’s faith engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with Pathway to 2025 objectives and the broader AFPI mission.
  • Forge strong relationships with faith leaders and organizations in targeted states, emphasizing the role of faith and biblical principles in shaping public policy and governance.
  • Coordinate faith-based initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, that promote America First policies within the context of biblical values.
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead faith outreach events, including but not limited to stakeholder calls, meetings at AFPI HQ and around the country, and other events as requested by leadership, including Biblical Foundation Town Halls.
  • Coordinate and execute bi-weekly prayer calls to keep stakeholders engaged.
  • Build a coalition with other national and state faith-based organizations to ensure coordination.
  • Draft, in coordination with Communications team, at least one op-ed per event locale to be published the importance of voting your values.
  • Collaborate with AFPI’s digital team to establish an impactful strategy for social media and online engagement in the Biblical Foundations Project.
  • Communicate to AFPI leadership opportunities for projects and potential support that arise.
  • Forward requests for AFPI to engage as an organization in any matter to the appropriate/designated person at AFPI.
  • Provide weekly reports on faith engagement including stakeholder contact, event planning, and voter outreach activities.
  • Other activities as mutually agreed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in faith-based community engagement or related fields, with a strong understanding of biblical principles and their application to contemporary issues.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse groups and building consensus around shared goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans.
  • Ability to work independently with a commitment to the values and goals of AFPI.
