CASE UPDATE: PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP’S LAWSUIT AGAINST BIG TECH
October 07, 2021
This morning, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction in the Big Tech lawsuit against Facebook, Inc., and Mark Zuckerberg.
This legal motion was filed with Federal District Court Judge Kathleen M. Williams presiding in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. It is strategically designed to make Facebook immediately halt its censorship of President Trump’s Facebook page and to give President Trump the choice to use the platform.
Since the initial filing on July 7, 2021, over 95,000 Americans have submitted their censorship stories and have joined President Trump in his effort to protect First Amendment rights.
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) remains committed to ensuring all censored American voices are heard and represented in this lawsuit. Share your Big Tech censorship story or sign up for case updates on these historic efforts at TakeOnBigTech.com.
