STATEMENT: CHAD WOLF ON THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION’S ATTACK ON U.S. BORDER PATROL
September 27, 2021
Chad Wolf, AFPI’s Chairman of the Center for Homeland Security and Immigration, offered the following statement:
“The U.S. Border Patrol is under attack from the Biden Administration. President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have abandoned and vilified Border Patrol agents on horseback in the Del Rio Sector to distract from their failed border security strategy. Despite an ongoing investigation, both the President and the Secretary have made reckless, irresponsible, and inappropriate comments and they owe an apology to all Border Patrol agents. These agents have been working amid a crisis for over seven months due to the policies of this Administration. Instead of supporting those agents for their dedicated service, the Biden Administration has chosen to attack these agents with no evidence and despite eyewitness testimony to the contrary.”
