STATEMENT from former Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker on NY Shooting
April 12, 2022
“America’s prayers are with the victims of the tragic Brooklyn subway shooting this morning, the people of New York, and the brave men and women of NYPD and NYFD. During times like these, America takes comfort in the professionalism of our local law enforcement agencies, working alongside their federal partners. This morning’s events provide a stark reminder for everyone to maintain diligence and if you see something, say something. I have no doubt the person or persons responsible for this evil will face the full weight of justice.”
