AFPI Keeps Growing
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) announced the addition of Dr. Rich Rogers as the National Coordinator of Faith Engagement and Senior Fellow of the Center for American Values, Patrick Witt as the Chief Operating Officer of the America First Transition Project, Allen Silkin as Director of Digital, Christopher Schorr as Senior Policy Analyst for the Higher Education Reform Initiative, and Greg Brooks as Special Advisor for Strategic Communications. America First is building manpower at this crucial moment in time. Just in the last year, we have launched state chapters in five states, built coalitions across the nation, and are well on our way to developing a 100-year plan to save this country.
President and CEO of AFPI, Brooke Rollins, said the following regarding the five new hires: “Each of these new team members brings more power to the America First movement. Throughout their careers, they have proven to be leaders of conservative values, and in their new roles, they will help build our force that puts Americans first. Our movement is growing fast, and we need the right people at such a time as this to take our country back. The cavalry is coming!”
Dr. Rich Rogers, National Coordinator of Faith Engagement and Senior Fellow of the Center for American Values, currently serves as the President of Free Chapel College, where he also teaches a course on the transformational truths found in the Scriptures. With more than 20 years of teaching at the graduate, collegiate and ministerial level, Rogers brings a wealth of proven servant leadership experience. At AFPI, Dr. Rogers will build a coalition within the faith community to remind Americans about our country’s biblical foundations and encourage them to fight to take America back.
Patrick Witt, Chief Operating Officer at the America First Transition Project, was one of the original volunteers on the transition project. In his new role, Witt will assist in managing more than 700 transition project volunteers and coordinate nearly 200 lines of effort. Witt served in the Trump Administration as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of Personnel Management and briefly as Acting Chief of Staff.
Allen Silkin, Director of Digital, has more than two decades of experience in strategically leading corporate divisions of major brands, start-ups, and entrepreneurial growth organizations. His social media expertise includes work with former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and former Ambassador Callista Gingrich to help amplify the America First agenda across the country on digital platforms.
Christopher Schorr, Senior Policy Analyst for the Higher Education Reform Initiative, has an eclectic background as a Marine veteran, research analyst for the Department of Defense Federal Advisory Committee, and coauthor of the bestseller Black Eye for America: How Critical Race Theory is Burning Down the House. In his new role at AFPI, Schorr will work to develop research regarding academic freedom and governance accountability at American universities.
Greg Brooks, Special Advisor for Strategic Communications, brings over 30 years of experience crafting strategic communications plans that impact Congress, state legislatures, and voters, having led public affairs for the Reason Foundation and managed public relations and marketing for the Goldwater Institute. A former journalist, Brooks is an expert in the art of breaking down complex policies to drive support from elected officials, the media, and Americans from all walks of life.
