This team member will serve as a key member of the AFPI Development team and be responsible for overseeing a substantial portion of AFPI’s major gift portfolio. The Senior Development Officer will help with all development efforts in close coordination with the President and CEO, the Chief Development Officer, and the Director of Development Operations.

The Executive Director for AFPI-CA will work with the AFPI President/CEO, AFPI Executive Director, CA State Chair, AFPI Director of State Chapters, and other leaders of the Institute, to develop AFPI-CA’s strategic vision and operational plans and manage the execution of those plans within the state. This includes oversight of the development and quality production of the state-specific research and content deliverables.

The Executive Director for AFPI-AZ will work with the AFPI President/CEO, AFPI Executive Director, AZ State Chair, AFPI Director of State Chapters, and other leaders of the Institute, to develop AFPI-AZ’s strategic vision and operational plans and manage the execution of those plans within the state. Interns will advance AFPI’s mission through the Communications, Digital Marketing, Development, Engagement, Government Affairs, Operations, and Policy departments. All candidates must be aspiring servant leaders.
