Obvious Conflict of Interest Ignored in Fani Willis Decision

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) issued the following statement from Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General and Chair of the Center for Litigation at the America First Policy Institute, following the failure of Georgia to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from her sham witch hunt against former President Donald Trump.

"Today marks another day that will leave many Americans questioning the two-tiered system of justice in America. The Judge’s decision citing an ‘appearance of impropriety’ proves there is no law, code of conduct, or professional responsibility the Left won’t discard in their obsession to ‘get Trump.’ To ensure confidence in the process, Fani Willis must be removed from this case.”
