America First Parents is committed to holding teachers, administrators, and leadership accountable. To date, the team has submitted over 300 open records requests to school districts, aiming to uncover and address radical gender and critical race theory and parental rights violations.

PROTECTING PARENTAL RIGHTS VIA LITIGATION :

America First Parents is dedicated to defending parental rights. In a recent case in Colorado, a family alleged that their rights were violated by school officials who:

1. Solicited their 12-year-old daughters to attend after-school “Genders and Sexualities” lectures;
2. Convinced the young girls that they were transgender;
3. Encouraged the children to hide their attendance and gender status from their parents; and
4. Willfully concealed the content of the lectures from parental notice.

With the assistance of AFPI’s Center for Litigation, a lawsuit was promptly filed to address these grievances.
