His leadership resulted in record voter participation in these communities. “Dr. Rogers exemplifies the values and vision at the heart of the America First movement,” said Chad Wolf, Executive Director of AFPI. “His tireless efforts to engage faith communities, mobilize voters, and champion our shared principles have had a transformative impact on key elections and the cultural fabric of this Nation. We are honored to have him lead the Center for American Values into its next chapter alongside Paula White-Cain.”

Dr. Rogers has a distinguished background in faith leadership and education. He served as President of Free Chapel College for the past seven years and spent more than 20 years as a professor at Pepperdine University, where he trained thousands of educators in Southern California. As the author of Next Level Living and Next Level Parenting, which has been widely used in personal and spiritual development programs, Dr. Rogers has provided guidance, encouragement, and strategic planning across various sectors.

A native of Flowery Branch, Georgia, Dr. Rogers holds a doctorate in institutional management from Pepperdine University. He is the proud father of four daughters and was married to his late wife, Theresa, for more than 30 years, whose legacy continues to inspire his work.

With Dr. Rogers’ leadership, AFPI’s Center for American Values will continue to advocate for policies and initiatives that preserve America’s faith, freedom, and founding biblical principles.
