Gail Wilson hails from Dallas, Texas, and serves as an Engagement Officer for AFPI. Wilson most recently was the Deputy Executive Director for Black Voices for Trump during the Trump-Pence 2020 presidential campaign. There, she led the communication efforts for one of the fastest-growing coalitions on the President’s reelection campaign. Wilson used her unique skillset to cultivate relationships with key community stakeholders to bolster grassroots support for President Trump and crafted, staffed, and oversaw critical campaign events featuring these high-level supporters and leaders. Before focusing on domestic policies, Wilson traveled to Africa, Asia, Eurasia, and Latin America empowering women to participate in their political and economic environment to increase their leadership roles. Wilson graduated with a degree in Political Science from Texas Women’s University. Wilson is a first-generation American and truly loves this beautiful world, having visited 25 countries and counting. When she is not globetrotting, Wilson enjoys eating medium rare steaks and listening to music.
