Jon Shiner is from Tampa, Florida, and serves as the Director of State Strategies and Engagement for AFPI. He was previously the Campaign Manager for a state Attorney General candidate and before that was the Deputy Chief of Staff and Policy Director for a local Councilmember in San Diego. Jon spent 6 years serving in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer and is currently working on his degree in Political Science at National University. In his free time, he enjoys watching Formula One, hiking with his dog, and working out.
