Lea Bardon

Lea Bardon is from Scottsdale, Arizona, and serves as Director of Development Operations at AFPI. Prior to joining AFPI, Bardon served as Executive Assistant to Trump Victory Chairwoman, Kimberly Guilfoyle, on the Trump-Pence 2020 presidential campaign, and most recently as the Executive Roundtable Manager at the Republican Attorneys General Association. In this role, she handled Executive Roundtable membership, including member outreach, donor prospecting, and call time, and briefing preparation for various attorneys general. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University with degrees in International Relations and French and a minor in Business. Bardon speaks three languages, which she credits to her parents and having lived abroad for two years. She currently resides in Washington, D.C., and loves to visit her family and travel to new places whenever she can.
