Megan Frederick is from a small rural county in Virginia where God, family and farming are the fabrics of the community, and serves as AFPI's Senior Attorney.
Megan attended Old Dominion University where she received her bachelor's degree; Virginia Commonwealth University MCV Campus, where she received her Master's degree; and she received her Juris Doctorate at Regent University Law School.
Frederick's legal career has included: Assistant AG for Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli; elected Commonwealth's Attorney in Culpeper County, where she became the first woman to achieve this honorable position; litigator for Trump Campaign in 2020; solo practice that included criminal law, family law, constitutional law and election law. Megan is a court certified expert involving crimes against children.
Megan loves spending time with her adult son and her husband. Megan also enjoys friends, gardening, reading, mountain living, hiking, lake life, fishing, honey bees, and playing the piano.
