Pedro Panelo

Pedro Panelo is from San Diego, California and Northern Virginia, and serves as Project Manager and Senior Research Analyst for AFPI’s Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis. Prior to joining AFPI, Panelo served in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office in Fairfax, Virginia. Panelo also had the pleasure of clerking at the offices of Becker & Poliakoff and served as a Legal Assistant in the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives. Panelo graduated from The Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he competed on the school’s Moot Court Team. Panelo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Wheaton College, where he was the Wheaton College Republicans Chapter President. Panelo currently resides in Arlington, Virginia and in his free time enjoys playing basketball, grilling, golfing, and watching the San Diego Padres.
