Stacey Schieffelin

Chair, America First Women's Initiative and Senior Advisor, Center for the American Worker

Women are an essential part of the political, economic, and social fabric of our Nation. All American women – regardless of the role they play in the workplace or at home - contribute every day to the success of our great country. In addition to being homemakers, caregivers, mothers, and counselors, along with a host of other important roles, women also fill critical jobs in every sector of our economy, contributing to the financial security of their families and our Nation.

- President Donald J. Trump

Stacey Schieffelin, as the new Chair of the America First Women’s Initiative, drives AFPI’s Women’s Agenda forward through programs such as S.A.F.E. (Security, Affordability, Fairness, and Education) and the America First H.O.P.E. Agenda (Health, Opportunity, Prosperity and Empowerment). These initiatives are central to advancing AFPI’s mission of rebuilding and sustaining American greatness. Stacey will leverage multiple platforms to champion women within our movement, secure meaningful policy wins, and reshape the narrative around women’s roles in society.

In addition to her new role, Schieffelin will continue as Senior Advisor to the AFPI Center for the American Worker. Previously, Schieffelin also served as Senior Advisor to the AFPI’s Chairman of the Board, Linda McMahon, who has been nominated as the next Secretary of Education.

Schieffelin brings a wealth of experience as a successful entrepreneur, having built a 40-year global track record of achievement through her own company and supporting multiple brands featured on LIVE TV shopping networks in 28 countries. Her career began as an international FORD model, but she quickly rose to prominence as a recognized brand and market leader in the $500 billion beauty industry. As a passionate advocate for women-owned businesses, Stacey co-founded Women’s Leadership LIVE, an organization dedicated to providing training and resources to aspiring female entrepreneurs.

Stacey grew up in the cattle industry on her family’s ranches in Florida.

Schieffelin and her husband, David, a Harvard graduate, are the proud parents of daughters Lou, Knox and son-in-law Case. The family enjoys traveling together, supporting local government, and volunteering with multiple non-profits.
