Digital Marketing Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Digital Engagement

Lead AFPI’s email marketing strategy, campaign deployment, and list-building initiatives.
Write and edit persuasive, high-quality email content aligned with AFPI’s mission across policy, engagement, and fundraising campaigns.
Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analytics to optimize reach and impact.

Video Production & Content Management

Plan, coordinate, and produce AFPI’s video content, including interviews, promotional videos, and live-streamed events.
Maintain and organize media assets in collaboration with the Media Production Team to ensure a professional content library and efficient asset management.

Policy & Communications Liaison

Serve as a strategic connector between AFPI’s Policy Centers, Communications Team, and Digital Team to ensure timely, relevant content translation.
Manage content production timelines and ensure messaging consistency across digital platforms.

Additional Support Areas

Assist in developing and executing AFPI’s social media content strategy and calendar.
Provide support for paid digital advertising and website development efforts.
Track and report performance metrics across all digital channels.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, email strategy, media production, or communications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and major social media channels.
Working knowledge of video production equipment and basic editing tools.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and seizing opportunities.
