George Nesterczuk

Originally from New York and now a long-time resident of Vienna, Virginia, George Nesterczuk is the Director of Training Development, America First Transition Project at AFPI. Nesterczuk has a long career providing management consulting services to government agencies and the private sector. He held senior positions at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in three Republican administrations. Most recently, in the Trump Administration, he directed a comprehensive review of the government’s Senior Executive Service Desk Guide. During the Reagan Administration, he was Associate Director at OPM and held positions at the Department of Defense and Department of Transportation. Nesterczuk also served as Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Civil Service of the Committee on Government Reform. Outside of public service, Nesterczuk has been Vice President of Global USA Inc, Senior Scientist with EG&G, Inc. and Executive Vice-President and Chief Scientist of Atlantic Science Corporation. Nesterczuk holds an M.S. degree in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Physics from Cornell University.
