Supreme Court Must Rein in DHS’s Unauthorized Alien Work Programs

The Supreme Court has a critical opportunity to defend American workers.

At issue: whether the Department of Homeland Security can hand out work permits to illegal aliens without any approval from Congress. The D.C. Circuit shockingly upheld this power grab, giving DHS sweeping authority to create de facto immigration policy — bypassing lawmakers and hurting hardworking Americans in the process.

This case challenges the unchecked expansion of alien work programs that put American jobs and wages at risk. For decades, Congress has made it clear: any work authorization for foreign nationals must protect U.S. workers. But DHS’s rule does the opposite — prioritizing illegal labor programs over lawful protections for American citizens.

👉 That’s why we filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to step in, clarify the law, and stop the Biden administration’s rogue bureaucracy from undermining America First policies.

American jobs must come first.
