AFPI Statement on Historic Inflation Rates

AFPI President & CEO Brooke Rollins issued the following statement: 

“Between the supply chain and energy crises, this holiday season comes with added stress for hardworking Americans across the country. And still, the Biden Administration continues to enact policies that put American families and their pocketbooks last. Spending trillions of dollars to make government bigger will do nothing to address inflation, which is the highest it's been in 40 years. Today’s numbers confirm the pain American families already feel as they experience increasing costs on everyday goods like groceries and gas. More government spending will only worsen this problem, and the Biden Administration and Congress should reverse course immediately!”
