March 02, 2023
TOPLINE POINTS

- However, the result is the same: a mass release of illegal aliens into American communities.
The Biden Administration’s New Policies are Not Fixing the Border Crisis—They are Covering it Up.
Announced this January, the Biden Administration’s new border plan is designed to make the number of illegal aliens apprehended by Border Patrol agents decline by redirecting them to cross at Ports of Entry (POEs). However, the result is the same: a mass release of illegal aliens into American communities.
Three Ways they are Making the Numbers Disappear
-
30,000 illegal aliens per month unlawfully paroled (released) into American communities are not being included in border apprehension data.
-
Tens of thousands of illegal aliens per month who make an appointment through the CBP One App are being waived through POEs and not included in border apprehension data.
-
Removing aerostats as a surveillance tool will limit the ability of DHS to account for the number of “gotaways” (those who escape apprehension at the border) and will lower the total of known gotaways.
