STATEMENT: AFPI’S PRESIDENT & CEO BROOKE ROLLINS CONGRATULATES TPPF ON NAMING GREG SINDELAR AS NEW CEO
October 19, 2021
“My warmest congratulations go out to Greg Sindelar, who deservedly ascends to the leadership of the Texas Public Policy Foundation today.
“One of the promises of America is that anyone can make it, from anywhere, to do great things given the chance. Greg Sindelar got the chance — and he made the most of it. He is one of the most intelligent, compassionate, and hardworking persons I have ever known. His rise across 15 years at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, from an entry-level bookkeeping hire, to leadership of the most consequential state-based policy institution in the entire country, is an illustration of the American Dream.
“It is something else besides: it is a testament to the extraordinary mind and heart of Greg Sindelar. He earned this moment. He will vindicate the stewardship entrusted to him. He always has. Now, with the American future in the balance, there is no one else I’d rather have at the helm. I am thrilled to see him lead the Texas Public Policy Foundation. I am impressed and not at all surprised at his rise. I am grateful for his friendship. And I am tremendously excited for his leadership as we work toward a bright tomorrow.”
