Statement: Ken Blackwell on the Passage of the Enact Data Analysis Transparency Archive (DATA) Act in Ohio

Washington, D.C. – Today, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) released the following statement from Ken Blackwell, Chair of the Center for Election Integrity at AFPI, regarding the passage of the DATA Act in Ohio. The DATA Act establishes new methods of retaining election data, creating better clarity and accountability in election administration.
