Jorge Martinez is from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and serves as Hispanic Outreach Strategist & Spanish Spokesperson at AFPI. Martinez has applied his expertise during a 30-year career that spanning the White House, political campaigns, and service to numerous high-profile clients worldwide. He most recently served as Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President for York Exponential, a Pennsylvania-based collaborative robotics and artificial intelligence company. Martinez oversaw public relations activities, advocacy initiatives, investor relations, strategic partnership and alliances, The Fortress Academy and The Fortress Initiative, Augment America, and the development of the York Plan 2.0 Innovation District. He served as press secretary at the U.S. Department of Justice and has been tapped by Republican administrations to manage event operations for White House trips around the world. He has also appeared in numerous global media outlets, including Spanish language media. A former baseball player until an injury ended his career, Martinez has a passion for coaching his sons’ teams, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. He attended Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he majored in business administration. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with his wife Mona and their children Emma, Joseph, and Matthew.
