America First Policy Institute Expands Economic Team

Four New Economic Leaders Tackle Number One Issue of American Public

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) announced the addition of four influential economists to its all-star lineup: Jim Pinkerton, Luke Lindberg, Robert O’Quinn, and Jon Sanders. These Senior Fellows will join the economics team under the direction of AFPI Vice-Chair and legendary economist Larry Kudlow.

“The Biden Administration’s policies have made a mess of America’s economy, and sadly American companies and workers are paying the price,” said Kudlow, who serves as Vice Chair of the America First Policy Institute and Chair of the Center for American Prosperity. “The American people want solutions to the high energy prices and record inflation caused by this administration’s reckless spending and overregulation. The America First Policy Institute is building the team to provide those solutions.”

The four new additions will serve as Senior Fellows at AFPI’s Center for American Prosperity.

Jim Pinkerton previously served as a domestic policy advisor to Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.

Luke Lindberg served as Chief of Staff of the Export-Import Bank.

Robert O’Quinn served as Chief Economist at the Department of Labor and Staff Director of the Joint Economic Committee.

Jon Sanders serves as Director of the Center for Food, Power, and Life at the John Locke Foundation.

These distinguished economic minds will join AFPI alongside many leading economists, including AFPI Chief Economist Michael Faulkender, Director of Research Aaron Hedlund, Senior Fellow Andy Puzder, and Director of the Center for American Prosperity James Carter.
