Julie Taylor
Director of Institutional Giving
Better to dare mighty things and fail than to live in a grey twilight where there is neither victory nor defeat.
- Winston Churchill
Julie Taylor is from Naples, Florida, and serves as the Director of Institutional Giving at AFPI. In this role, she engages leaders around the country to invest in AFPI’s mission. She has worked on development teams at many of Washington’s leading principled organizations, helping to raise millions of dollars in funding for think tanks, advocacy organizations, and public interest legal groups. She originally moved to Washington, D.C., to work on the congressional staff of U.S. Congressman Porter Goss of Florida and transitioned to major gifts fundraising at the Heritage Foundation.
